The 12mm biothane tracking line is preferred when working with well trained, disciplined dogs involved in tracking and man trailing. Due to its width it is much lighter than the 19mm biothane leash, which is preferred for initial training, personal protection and attack work, where more aggressive behaviour is expected from your dog.

This tracking line is ideal for working in the veld with rhino and pangolin poaching. It is light weight, extremely durable and strong, and is easily kept clean with a wipe of a wet cloth. No other maintenance is required. Thorns and grass do not cling to biothane as they do to webbing lines.

Description

Biothane is a near indestructible material which works very well for tracking and protection dogs, especially where they work in the open veld. It is soft and pliable, but is incredibly strong.

Grass and sticks do not stick to the material as it is smooth and firm.

The width is 12mm and colour a dark charcoal grey.

The biothane lead has a top quality trigger hook and a looped handle for comfort.

The 12mm biothane tracking line is ideal for use with trained dogs who are used for spoor work, detection or man trailing. It is extremely durable, light weight and easily cleaned with a wet cloth.

The trigger hook and loop are attached by using 4 stainless steel Chicago Screws
